By purchasing a commission or design, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. All of my commission information can be found on my Trello!

⋄ My work days are Monday – Friday and some weekends, 9am - 4pm MST.⋄ Commission inquiries must be made through direct messages or forms can be submitted through Trello.⋄ Clients may request a personal quote or give me budget to work with!⋄ Clients must provide a clear, SFW visual reference of the character for art commissions; flat color strongly preferred and will have the best results on my end.⋄ Commissions may be streamed and WIPs will be posted in my discord server for my Ko-Fi supporters, and finished pieces will be publicly posted once client accepts/approves completed piece.⋄ Private commissions are accepted but include an additional 75% fee of the original piece; I will not share private commissions with anyone but the client.⋄ I cannot adhere to deadlines⋄ Any edits to the finished piece or on previous phases (lineart edits during the coloring phase) will incur an additional fee. In case of my mistake or oversight, fixes are free.⋄ I reserve the right to reject any commission inquiry for any reason, with or without explanation.⋄ I may or may not post finished commissions to my social media accounts⋄ Please do not send me erotic references/artwork in the form of fetish content unless explicitly approved.⋄ Nude references with genitals/erotic content visible may be sent in case of mature commissions. If the commission is not erotic in nature, please ask/warn me before sending it and wait for my approval.
⋄ I work on multiple projects at once, but keep a pretty linear queue based on who sends payment first. Completion order depends on project size and response times from clients.⋄ Certain Ko-Fi supporter tiers may get bumped up in the queue depending on the commission type (and tier)⋄ Themed or holiday commission/YCH opportunities may be bumped to the top of the queue (absolute maximum of 3 per month)⋄ My queue is updated during my work days, and may not be updated during my days off (including weekends and sick days).⋄ My work status and commission status are all updated there consistently and archived as needed
⋄ Turnaround time usually takes 6-8 weeks at this time, but may take me up to 4 months after payment date.⋄ I do not always colorpick - I may alter the colors slightly to better fit the mood and energy of the piece, especially with rendered or experimental pieces.⋄ I maintain consistent communication and generally ask the same of my clients - please notify me if you need time to reply so I can put your commission on hold.⋄ Once I begin, I will send work-in-progress updates at multiple stages: basic composite, a refined sketch, final sketch, lineart, color, rendering, shading, and then the final piece. Stages vary depending on the project, but that’s the gist!⋄ I will not move onto the next phase until reviewed and approved by the client - please take the time to look at the WIPs thoroughly and give me as much feedback as you’d like <3⋄ I will allow major changes without additional fees up until the refined sketch point - once the final sketch is finished, changes will incur a fee. Minor changes can be made during each respective phase without fees. Any alterations requested to previous phases after the shading or rendering phase is completed will incur an additional fee, regardless of complexity.⋄ I allow more flexibility in edits with custom designs when it comes to features and patterning/designs, but please be mindful of the phase in which you are requesting edits. If you suspect there will be a lot of edits, please inform me before payment as the custom fee will increase.
⋄ Any purchased adopts/designs created by me may be changed to your heart’s desire - this includes gender, species, patterns, pallet, etc but you must credit me for the original design⋄ I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for advertising/portfolio content, private commissions excluded.⋄ Clients may use the artwork for personal use only - you may have merchandise made and distributed as long as you are not making profit off of them.⋄ Clients cannot sell the work commercially in any form unless commercial rights are agreed upon prior to or after the commission.⋄ Clients must credit me when sharing to other sites and my watermark must be visible.⋄ None of my artwork or designs can be used for or associated with hate speech or bigoted content in any way.⋄ Under no circumstances will my work be used for or associated with NFTs, AI, or anything of the like.⋄ Please note that I delete most original files (PSD/CSP files with layers) after a month. If you’d like to keep the file just in case, I am more than happy to send it to you!
⋄ Payment will primarily be via paypal invoices; Ko-Fi and stripe are available for those who do not have paypal as an option.⋄ I take payment up front before I begin a piece (partial or full)⋄ Those who send payment first (partial or full) get priority in my queue.⋄ Clients will only be added to my official queue once payment is sent (partial or full)⋄ Payment plans will be available for commissions over $200 - half will be required up front and the second part is required within 30 days of first payment.⋄ Payment plans may be split into three payments if an individual commission exceeds $600.
⋄ Please allow 2-4 weeks for any and all refunds to be distributed; refund time depends on project size/cost. I will issue any refund manually - please do not, under any circumstances, initiate a charge-back.⋄ Full refunds on commissions will be available up until the final sketch is completed. If the commission is completed past the sketch phase, partial refunds will be available and are based on how much of the piece is completed (up to 80%).⋄ If a full refund is issued, the sketched piece may be repurposed into a ‘Your Character Here’ opportunity for others.⋄ Refunds on designs are not offered⋄ Refunds on Ko-Fi tiers are available for tiers that include personalized content (sketches, icon, etc) for the content I do not/cannot deliver for whatever reason. This means you are entitled to a partial refund, not a full refund. Please see myt Ko-Fi for more information!⋄ Charge-backs on designs will result in your rights to the design being revoked, the design resold, and violators being blacklisted. Charge-backs on commissions will result in a reselling as a YCH and violators being blacklisted.
⋄ Using AI generated images as references/character creation⋄ Sending me unsolicited fetish artwork⋄ Refusing to correct ToS violations upon notice⋄ Requesting I draw things that are blatantly against my terms/views⋄ Promoting/participating in or using my work to assist in promoting hate speech or bigoted content⋄ Intentionally forcing a charge-back at any point, regardless of reason.
If you are blacklisted or I cancel in the middle of a commission, I will refund you based on the amount of work completed - sketches will be repurposed as YCHs.
